Yes. You pay only the $20 difference, and your existing cycle becomes Reset Pro. Anything you already marked as sent stays marked.

Does ATS Reset send the requests for me?

No. We write the request and give you the contacts. You send it yourself from your own email address, which is the version companies are obligated to act on.
